How to Exchange/Return
No cash refunds. Exchanges only. Any deposit placed when ordering a product from Heavy Digital Audio is considered a binding contract between HDA and the customer and is non refundable.
Advanced approval is required for returning any product to HDA. Products received without approval may be refused. Please be sure to properly identify any product returned with the authorization number provided to you. Please also be sure to include shipping instructions for the return of the unit and current contact information in the event any questions arise. To receive authorization, please follow these directions:
- Send an email to email@example.com to notify us for exchange approval and to receive an estimated timeline for your exchanged product. Be sure to reference your, name, phone number, additional email addresses, customer number, serial number, original sales PO and any other information regarding the product that you are requesting to return. The proper return address will be provided along with the return authorization number.
- Upon approval, backup all of your data, and then ship back the product in its original packing at your expense. Make sure to insure the product for at least the price that appeared on your invoice
Heavy Digital Audio is not responsible for damaged removable parts or any data that is lost or corrupt.
